Lunar New Year is around the corner. As usual like every year, it is time to take delivery of my Lunar New Year Pineapple Tarts. The pineapple tarts are made by Auntie Vivian. She uses fresh pineapple fillings, loads of SCS butter and spent countless hours in her kitchen to painstaking produced these beautiful and delicious pineapple tarts.Pineapple have a special significance in chinese culture as its name is madarin means the arrival of prosperity thus very auspicious and a good thing to welcome the new year.
