Ri Yi Beef Noodles @ Kovan

Thanks to silverchef, I was introduced to this beef noodle stall inconspicuously tucked away in the corner of Kovan.

It is by far the best beef noodle that I have tasted. Beef slices are cook to tender perfection. The beef broth is excellent and taste better with fermented black bean paste or fermented black beans added. Preserved shallots are served as dip to accompany this delicious beef noodle.

  3. That's something in common!! I liked both stalls in Kovan210. Next time, I will try the Punggol Noodles meat balls with bee tai mak dry as this is not common and I heard it's good. Yet to try.

  4. Bob, Yup. I like both the beef noodle and Puggol Noodles meat ball. Will give the bee tai mak combo a shot.
